Lean Six Sigma for Administration

Our Lean Six Sigma process for administrative processes and services is structured to give our clients a practical and working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.

We work with our clients to make sure they understand the DMAIC structure.  We spend time on how to pick the right projects and making sure they impact the bottom line.  We focus on teaching the participants how to identify and eliminate waste in the process, reduce variation, and make it more consistent.

Our approach is to constantly stress practicality and understanding of the tools. We leave it to the software to do the statistical calculations but make sure the participants can interpret the analysis to make the right decision.
