1.      1.     Get Organized.  A place for everything and everything in its place.  Remove clutter!
2.     Stop Procrastinating.   The first steps and the last are usually the hardest.
3.     Get Focused.  Establish and stick to priorities.
4.     Increase Your Physical Activity.  Physical activity sharpens the mind and makes you feel better.
5.     Stop Multitasking.  Multitasking creates errors to occur.  No one can do more than one thing at a time   well.
6.     Have a Definite Purpose.  Determine what you want to be good at and make time each day working toward that goal.
7.     Handle One Thing at a Time.  Focus on the most important thing you have to do and get it done before moving to the next thing.
8.     Create Good Habits.  Try to understand the habits that cause you to be disorganized and change them.
9.     Interruptions.  Look for ways you interrupt yourself, or ways you let others interrupt you.  You can’t stop all of them, but you can stop most of them.
10. Keep Things Simple.  Try some of the above suggestions but don’t make them too complicated.
