Our Lean Six Sigma process is structured to give the participant a clear understanding of Lean Six Sigma. We work with our clients to ensure they understand the importance of using the DMAIC structure.
We spend a time on how to pick the right projects and making sure they impact the bottom line. Data analysis (torturing the data) and Minitab techniques are taught to give the participant an
appreciation of what can be done when data is at a minimum.
Our approach is to constantly stress practicality and understanding of the tools. We leave it to the software to do the statistical calculations but make sure the participants understand the applications and how to interpret the analysis.
We leave our clients with the know how and skills required to be self-sustaining by developing them as efficient and knowledgeable Black Belts, Green Belts, and project sponsors.
